目的：探讨经尿道等离子前列腺电切术后患者膀胱冲洗液加热的临床效果。方法将100例患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各50例。对照组用未加热的室温冲洗液（22℃~25℃）进行膀胱冲洗，观察组则用加热后（34℃~36℃）的冲洗液进行膀胱冲洗。结果观察组患者血凝块堵塞尿管、膀胱痉挛两种并发症的发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论护理人员应用加热后的冲洗液进行膀胱冲洗减少了术后并发症，提高了患者舒适度及预后，缩短了患者住院时间。%[Abastract]ObjectiveTo evaluate the clincal effectiveness of treatment with heating bladder washing fluids of the patients with transurethral plasma cutting operation of prostate.Methods100 patients were randomly and equally divided into two groups:control groups accepting the room temperature(22℃~25℃)washing fluids,and observation group treatment with heating bladder washing fluids(34℃~36℃).Resultsthe incidence rates of appearance of the blood clot blocked urinary tube and bladder spasm were significantly lower than control groups(P<0.05). ConclusionsApplication heating bladder washing fluids could reduce the postoperative complications,improve the comfort and prognosis,shorten the length of hospital stay.
