PET-CT中结直肠癌18F-FDG的摄取与HIF-1α AKT表达的相关性

         

摘要

Objective To discuss the relationships between 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose (18F-FDG) uptake on PET/CT and the expression of hypoxia-inducible factor 1 alpha(HIF-1α) and AKT. Methods Twenty patients with colorectal cancer were imaged with 18F-FDG PET/CT before operation. The mean standard uptake value (SUVmean) were measured. Resected tumor samples were pathologic examined. The expression of Glut-1 and HIF-1αwas graded semiquantitatively by immunohistochemistry. The correlation of histopathology,Glut-1 and HIF-1αwith SUVmean were analyzed. Results The 18F-FDG uptakes of colorectal cancer were high and the SUVmean was (5.42±1.67). There were significantly correlations between SUVmean and expression of HIF-1α(r=0.595,P=0.006)and significantly correlations were found between SUVmean and expression of AKT(r=0.522,P=0.018) too. Conclusions 18F-FDG uptake correlates with expression of HIF-1αand AKT. FDG accumulation might be associated with the hypoxic microenvironment in tumors.%目的:探讨PET-CT中SUV值与肿瘤组织缺氧诱导因子(hypoxia inducible factor 1 alpha,HIF-1α)、AKT表达的相关性。方法对20例结直肠癌患者术前进行18F-FDG PET/CT检查,测定肿瘤平均标准摄取值(SUVmean);手术切除标本进行病理检查,并应用免疫组织化学法检测肿瘤组织HIF-1α、AKT表达。分析SUVmean值与组织病理关系及与HIF-1α、AKT表达的相关性。结果20例结直肠癌患者均为高摄取,SUVmean值为(5.42±1.67)。SUVmean值与HIF-1α(r=0.595, P=0.006)、AKT(r=0.522,P=0.018)的表达均呈正相关。结论结直肠癌肿瘤组织中18F-FDG的浓聚与肿瘤组织的缺氧微环境有关。
