Objective To study on the curative effect of complex ureteral calculi by three minimally invasive surgical treatment(minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy,ureteroscopic lithotripsy,retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureteroscop). Methods the 156 cases patients with complex ureteral calculi were retrospective analyzed from January 2010 to June 2012,including MPCNL of sixty cases,URLof 55 cases,RLU of 41 cases,the effect of three groups were analyzed. Results According to operation time,postoperative hospitalization days and the one-time success rate,three groups are compared,difference have statistical significance(P<0.05);the curative effect of three groups are compared,difference have statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion the curative effect of MPCNL and RLU treatment of complex ureteral calculi are remarkable,it is worth clinical application.% 目的探讨三种腔镜技术（微创经皮肾镜取石、输尿管镜碎石、后腹腔镜下输尿管切开取石术）治疗复杂性输尿管上段结石的疗效观察。方法回顾性分析2010年1月至2012年6月复杂性输尿管上段结石患者156例，其中60例采用微创经皮肾镜取石（MPCNL），55例采用逆行输尿管镜碎石（URL），41例采用后腹腔镜下输尿管切开取石术（RLU），对3组的疗效进行分析。结果3组患者的手术时间、术后住院天数和一次性成功率进行比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；三组的有效率进行比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 MPCNL和RLU治疗复杂性输尿管上段结石均疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。
