儿童25-(OH)维生素D及钙水平调查分析

         

摘要

目的 0~14岁儿童血清25-(OH)维生素D、钙的水平,了解儿童营养状况.方法 选择2016年1月至2017年12月健康体检的1402名儿童,采用电化学发光法、原子吸收光谱法进行血清25-(OH)维生素D、钙的水平检测,分析不同性别、年龄和季节儿童的营养状况.结果 1402名儿童25-(OH)维生素D的平均水平为(39.614±15.525)nmol/L;钙的平均水平为(1.686±0.166)mmol/L.男、女童25-(OH)维生素D、钙水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同年龄组25-(OH)维生素D、钙水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中3~14岁组和<1岁组比较25-(OH)维生素D、钙水平差异有统计学意义(P=0.000).儿童25-(OH)维生素D、钙水平夏秋季高于冬春季(P<0.05).结论 儿童血清25-(OH)维生素D、钙的水平随年龄变化显著,尤其应重视>3岁幼儿维生素D和钙的摄入,加强户外活动,特别是秋冬季节维生素D和钙明显不足,儿童应注意补充.%Objective To investigate the levels of serum 25-(OH)vitamin D and calcium in children aged 0-14 years in Lishui and to understand the nutritional status of children in this area. Methods From January 2016 to December 2017,1402 cases of children underwent children's health examination in Zhejiang University Lishui Hospital Pediatrics were collected. The levels of serum 25-(OH)vitamin D and calcium were detected by electrochemiluminescence and ion electrode methods. The nutritional status of children were analyzed in different regions of different sexes,ages and seasons. Results The average level of 25-(OH)vitamin D in 1,402 children in the region was(39.614±15.525) nmol/L,the average level of calcium was(1.686±0.166)mmol/L. There was no difference in the levels of 25-(OH)vitamin D and calcium between boys and girls(P>0.05). 25-(OH)vitamin D and calcium levels were different in different age groups(P<0.05),The differences in 25-(OH)vitamin D and calcium levels between the 3 to 14-year-old group and the less than 1 year old group were significant(P=0.000). 25-(OH)vitamin D and calcium levels in children were higher in summer and autumn than in winter and spring(P<0.05). Conclusion The serum levels of 25-(OH) vitamin D and calcium in children changes significantly with age,especially the intake of vitamin D and calcium in children over 3 years old should be paid attention to,and outdoor activities should be strengthened. Especially in autumn and winter,vitamin D and calcium are obviously insufficient,and children should be supplemented.
