目的 通过观察黄精制剂对膝骨性关节炎(KOA)患者炎症因子的影响,探究黄精对KOA临床治疗的意义.方法 收集膝骨关节炎患者100例,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各50例.比较分析两组患者IL-6及MMP-13含量的变化.结果 对照组治疗前测定IL-6含量为(2.11±0.02)ng/L,MMP-13含量为(2.64±1.09)ng/L.3个月后测定IL-6含量为(2.03±0.08)ng/L,MMP-13含量为(2.42±1.13)ng/L.6个月后测定IL-6含量为(2.06±0.12)ng/L,MMP-13含量为(2.46±0.08)ng/L.治疗组治疗前测定IL-6含量为(2.04±1.31)ng/L,MMP-13含量为(2.85±2.14)ng/L.治疗组口服黄精3个月后测定IL-6含量为(1.58±0.63)ng/L(与治疗前比较, P<0.05),MMP-13含量为(2.04±0.68)ng/L(与治疗前比较,P<0.05).患者口服黄精6个月后测定IL-6含量为(1.25±0.36)ng/L(与治疗3个月比较,P<0.05),MMP-13含量为(1.67±0.73)ng/L(与治疗3个月比较,P<0.05).结论 KOA患者血液中的IL-6、MMP-13因子会随着病情发展而升高,而中药黄精能有效降低炎性因子的含量,达到延缓患者病情进展的目的.%Objective To observe the effect of Huangjing preparation on inflammatory factors in patients with knee osteoarthritis,and to explore the significance of Huangjing in the clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods A total of 100 patients with knee osteoarthritis were collected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 50 cases in each group. The changes of IL-6 and MMP-13 in two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The IL-6 and MMP-13 levels were(2.11±0.02)ng/L and(2.64±1.09)ng/L in the control group before treatment. The contents of IL-6 and MMP-13 were(2.03±0.08)ng/L and(2.42±1.13)ng/L respectively after 3 months. After 6 months,the contents of IL-6 and MMP-13 were(2.06±0.12)ng/L and(2.46±0.08)ng/L respectively. The contents of IL-6 and MMP-13 in the treatment group were(2.04±1.31)ng/L and(2.85±2.14)ng/L before treatment. After 3 months of oral administration of Huangjing,the content of IL-6 in the treatment group was(1.58±0.63)ng/L(P<0.05),and the content of MMP-13 was 2.04±0.68 ng/L)compared with that before treatment(P<0.05). After 6 months of oral administration,the levels of IL-6 and MMP-13 in patients were (1.25±0.36)ng/L and(1.67±0.73)ng/L respectively(compared with 3 months of treatment,P<0.05).Conclusion Il-6 and mmp-13 factors in the blood of patients with knee osteoarthritis increase with the development of the disease,and Chinese medicine Huangjing can effectively reduce the content of inflammatory factors and delay the progress of the disease.
