摘要

The two essays in this issue's EDI section both focus on innovative management education approaches to develop leadership. In the first essay, Waddock and Lozano explore how two management education programs prepare future leaders to be effective change agents for social responsibility and ecologic sustainability in organizations and globally. Integral to achieving this common objective is both programs' emphasis on developing students' reflective practices and systems thinking through holistic and practice-based pedagogies. Based in different countries (Spain and the United States), the authors also relate how each program offers alternative models for leadership development and the challenges encountered in development and implementation.
