The Essays, Dialogues, and Interviews (EDI) section is essentially about conversations on important and interesting topics for the purpose of advancing management education scholarship and practice. The specific focus and content of these conversations I leave to the creative insights of authors. As outlined below, the forms that these conversations take in the EDI section differ somewhat from traditional empirical and theoretical academic papers.
