摘要

Reduced graphene oxide (RGO) is considered as a promising candidate for transparent electrodes because of its high electric conductivity and the potential to be processed in solution. Furthermore, the molecular structure and energy level of RGO also guarantee it to be an attractive injection electrode for organic semiconductors. In fact, RGO has found a few applications in various organic electronic devices since its dis-covery.[4-9] For example, organic thin film transistors (OTFTs) including RGOs as source-drain electrodes have been fabricated, and show excellent performance.
