摘要

The deposition of CdS on SWCNTs has been successfully achieved in suspensions as well as in films. TA spectroscopy indicates a fast electron transfer (k_(et) =4 x 10~8 s~(-1)) from excited CdS into the SWCNTs. The modification of SWCNTs with CdS presented in this study opens up new avenues in the design of optoelectronic and light-energy conversion devices. Indeed, this example of photocurrent generation shows the importance of such systems as building blocks for light-harvesting assemblies.
