In 2017, a launch and recovery team, somewhere on the planet, will prepare for flight and get airborne an MQ-1 Predator, ready to hand-over to a mission control team. This method of operation has been employed for remotely-piloted air systems since WW2. This fact, and many thousand others, covering tethered torpedoes, unmanned surface vehicles, wireless submersibles, unmanned air vehicles and unmanned ground vehicles are contained in this astounding work of research. There are 650 pages of text, photographs, video captures, patent application diagrams, circuit diagrams, and line drawings, plus a further 100 pages of Notes, References and Index.
