Bucharest, December 2011. The Romanian National Institute for Aerospace Research "ELIE CARAFOLI" - IN CAS Bucharest is carrying out the project 'Flying Platform Equipped for Special Research Missions' co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, on the strength of the grant agreement no. 259/28.09.2010 with the Romanian National Authority for Scientific Research. The project has been in development since 29.09.2010 and is taking place within the framework of the Sectorial Operational Programme 'Increase of Economic Competitiveness' (POS CCE), Priority Axis 2 - Research, Technological Development and Innovation for Competitiveness, Operation 2.2.1- Development of the existing R&D infrastructure and the creation of new infrastructures (laboratories, research centres).
