You have launched the Mint premium service on New York JFK-LAX flights and are planning it for other transcontinental services. This is JetBlue's first two-class cabin. How is it going and is this the beginning of a change in direction for JetBlue? I think of Mint as demonstrating that we are not afraid to adjust the model over time, just as we did when we added Embraer [jets to what had been an all-Airbus A320 family fleet]. We don't use the term 'class,' just as we don't use the term 'employee'-it's crew member. But our most loyal customers were telling us that they are ambassadors for our brand, but not on transcontinental. So we asked 'Why?' They wanted an upgraded service. New York to LA is similar to flying New York to London. So the buzz about Mint has been terrific. We've done a soft launch this summer and will add San Francisco in October.
