After a series of investigations of accidents involving DJI Matrice 200s, the U.K. Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB) says it has issued its first safety recommendations aimed specifically at drone operations.The investigations all involved Matrice 200-series drones that crashed while operating in rain. In each case, the drone lost power and flew out of control, "with the aircraft typically falling vertically to the ground," the AAIB said.
