I'm cheap. Well, actually, "cheap" might not be the right -word. I hate spending money on some things, such as water heaters, dental work, a new sideview mirror for my husband's car because I knocked his off with my car. Oh, and gas. I cringed just this morning when I paid close to $60 to fill the tank of my midsized station wagon. I know I'm not special in this respect. I haven't seen anyone doing leaps and shouting with glee at the gas station lately.
