The Austrian company GAW technologies GmbH, Graz, leaders in the area of coating technology for the production of special papers for packaging and board, was commissioned by Sappi Alfeld GmbH, Alfeld to rebuild the coating colour supply to the PM 2, the largest paper machine in the world for single-sided coated and MGBK (Machine Glazed Bleached Kraft) speciality papers. This extended and added a new chapter to the successful partnership that has developed over decades between Sappi and GAW.
