GAW Group is now the sole owner of GAW Technologies. According to a company press release, Voith Paper has sold back its 35% stake in GAW Technologies GmbH to GAW Group Pildner-Steinburg Holding GmbH, the majority owner of GAW Technologies. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price. "The organisational and market-related development of both groups of companies envisaged a merging of the corporate shares in one entity, which seemed reasonable to all parties involved. Yet the successful market presence that binds Voith and GAW will be continued in the future", commented Jochen Pildner-Steinburg, managing director of GAW Group, on the motives of the share buyback.
