Ranked as one of the world's most high-prestige showcase for the most advanced technologies in aerospace of our time, Paris Air Show in June 2003 will be the event of the year for the worldwide aerospace industry, attended by manufacturers and subcontractors in all aerospace specialities: military and commercial aircraft, launch vehicles, satellites, aviation equipment, and many others. Set to be held this time of the year from June 15 to 22, 2003 at Le Bourget, Paris Air Show has consistently lived up to its reputation as the world's foremost aerospace event. In 2001, there were 1,861 exhibitors from 42 countries, and 226 aircraft in a static exhibition space of 192,000 square metres. Attendance reached a record-breaking 500,000, which include general public, trade visitors, press and exhibitors, and business announced during the show totalled EUR63 billion. This year also will be exceptional in more than one way.
