摘要

Is there room for loyalty in business anymore? There's more room than ever because there is so little of it to be seen. In recent months we've been witness to former business associates implicating each other under oath during the latest post-Enron round of trials—treachery sanctified in the name of justice. Writers and speakers often bandy about the word loyalty in reference to relations between employees and employers, or in a marketing context, as with loyalty programs. (The latter being essentially a variation on golden handcuffs.).
