Gone are the days when most bankers wear a three-piece suit to the office. Today;s bankers work in a world where business casual has become the norm in many industries. Bankers today must walk a fine line between looking professional, relating to their clients, and keeping employee morale high. In order to do this, bank management must take many things into consideration when creating dress codes for their employees, including: the nature of the work to be performed, customer perceptions, and the image that the bank wishes to convey.
