Last month, the participants of the International Fibre Centre (IFC)-sponsored Vocational Graduate Certificate in Competitive Enterprise successfully completed the program that was delivered by Melbourne-based national Vocational Education and Training-registered training provider, TexSkill, utilising the international expertise of the Institute for Lean Systems (ILS).rn"It is IFC's goal to assist Victorian-based fibre and textile manufacturers to improve their bottom line by providing access to training and professional development programs that will significantly improve the competency and capacity of their staff and managers - and the application of that expertise will result in reduced production costs and increased quality," said IFC CEO Joseph Merola.
