Magnetic resonance freezing (MRF) is a new system that processes and freezes raw and cooked food, medicines, bio-products, and any products containing water in their cells and can keep them 'fresh' for a comparatively long time. Existing deep freezers (sometimes referred to as 'shock freezers' or 'blast freezers') fail to maintain the freshness, original taste, texture and cell tissue of the product. They create the myth that the product can be stored longer but consumers of such frozen products never enjoy real authentic freshness. Consumers have purchased these kinds of frozen items because nothing better has been available. The key feature of the MRF freezing system is its capability of maintaining the cell characteristics intact while freezing the product. Once frozen by this system and then stored at a stipulated temperature, the product's life of freshness can be increased. This superior performance has been developed by the latest technology in MRF and provides a 'super-cool effect'. This system will revolutionise food preservation and have a major effect on the entire refrigeration industry.
