With the flying season in full swing now, there are hoards of electric RC fliers invading the flying fields and local parks to commit aviation. As we all know, some landings are happier than others. Making sure you set up your power system properly is the first step in preventing your speed control from looking like a victim from a summertime barbecue! Contributor and my ace electric go-to guy Greg Gimlick gives us some very helpful advice in his article "How to Cook Your Speed Control" so you can avoid those common mistakes and pitfalls that claim too many controllers. The speed control you save may be your own.
