This is one of the outstanding chargers out there for the lithium batteries. The Super Charger TP-1010C is specially designed with a safe LiPo algorithm used while charging. This charger, like others, has an easy-to-use menu system that guides you through all the options available. The charger itself has a data port for communication with the TP-210V balancer, making this a balahced charging system. This is one of the few chargers that can do a full charge and in wintertime, will achieve a storage charge with a 3.85 top-off voltage. The real beauty of this system comes when you use the TP-210V Balancer with the charger. The data port forms a seamless integration between the two and will regulate the cells so they stay in balance with each other during charging. After the initial charge, if the balancer detects an imbalance of over 0.12V between any two cells, the charger will automatically drop the charge down to 0.3V. This way, the battery will get the same charge rate in the lower cells as the balancer is discharging form the higher voltage cell.
