摘要

AIM To investigate the changes of gastric acid production and its mechanism in shock period of severe burn in rats. METHODS A rat model with 30/100 TBSA full- Thickness burn injury was employed and the Gastric acid production, together with gastric Mucosal blood flow (GMBF) and energy charge (EC) were measured serially within 48h postburn. RESULTS The gastric acid production in the Acute shock period was markedly inhibited after Severe burn injury.
机译:目的探讨重度烧伤休克期大鼠胃酸产生的变化及其机制。方法采用30/100 TBSA全层烧伤的大鼠模型,在烧伤后48小时内连续测量胃酸的产生,胃粘膜血流量(GMBF)和能量(EC)。结果严重烧伤后急性休克期胃酸的产生受到明显抑制。
