Given the suggestion in the literature that multiple interventions bolster interview performance, instructors may wish to supplement mock interviews with additional preparatoiy activities. They may especially want to consider exercises in which students compose written responses to typically asked interview questions. Instructors can choose a variety of interview question types-behavioral, situational, and traditional/ screening questions-or a blend of these types.
