摘要

Kidney, transplantation is one of the important means in saving the life of patients with renal diseases of the terminal stage. However, rejection reaction often results in the loss of the grafted organs' function. Almost half the recipients have been found to suffer from loss of graft function due to rejection reaction within 10 years of post-transplantation. Part of them have bad quality of life due to the complications. Therefore, probing for a best selected immunosuppressive drug with high effectiveness and low toxicity was still problem to be promptly solved in the transplantation field. In our country, the main immunosuppressor applied in kidney transplantation give priority to Western medicine, but there have been good examples to whom application of Chinese traditional immunosuppressor was successively given in organ transplantation. In this article, application of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in kidney transplantation is overviewed.
