Colour-Chem Ltd (CCL), a V subsidiary of Clariant International Ltd, has decided to subdivide its face value of the equity share from Rs. 100 to Rs. 10 each after getting the necessary approvals from shareholders in its ensuing annual general meeting to be held on September 28, 2000. This subdivision will bring down the market value of the shares to make them more affordable to the investing public.
