What is the background to the brand? Boka Food is a young innovative company; our mission is to make snacks healthier and tastier. We spent two years working on developing an 'all green traffic lights' delicious tasting cereal bar and we finally achieved our goal, launching our initial range of cereal bars in 2016. The company's founder is an Italian former chef - he is passionate about great tasting food. However he is also very concerned by the amount of sugar and fat in many of the snacks on offer to children, and the perception that cereal bars are healthy when they can contain high levels of sugar and fat. This led him to initially develop the Boka bar and establishing Boka Food.
