摘要

Maize lines and hybrids with increased matroclinal haploidy frequency have been revealed. It has been shown that, in the case of pollination with a marker genotype, which induces matroclinal haploids, the level of ear grain number (LEGN) decreases by more than 50%. It has been established that additive effects play the main role in the inheritance of matroclinal haploidy frequency. The genetic control of the LEGN is based on the overdominance of low LEGN values. The enhancement of both traits is determined by recessive alleles. The studied lines have been characterized based on the ratio between dominant and recessive alleles and the direction of their action.
