摘要

DNA markers for some quantitative trait loci were detected using the SSR and ISSR PCR methods. The procedure of genetic improvement of initial populations with respect to a complex of polygenic traits was proposed. It involves direct selection of plants based on the marker profile of the genotype. The experimental modeling of marker-facilitated selection in the F_3-F_4 populations (GK26 x Mol7) was carried out. Criteria of informativeness of markers, as well as requirements for formation of marker test systems, were substantiated. The advantage of marker selection over traditional methods of selection in maize breeding was demonstrated.
