Austria's fifth-largest dairy, Alpenmilch Salzburg/Kase-hof, doesn't seem to have the usual issue recruiting long-term staff for training in the skills of cheese and yogurt production: Eight trainee posts | were advertised atthe end of 2011 by the 300-staff dairy. Within a matter of weeks 250 had applied.
