Danish dairy giant Arla Foods is to invest around DKK75 million (€10.5m) in its Hollandtown, Wisconsin, US dairy, with the aim of more than doubling production of yellow cheese there.This year and next, the dairy will be extended to incLude a brining facility, likely to come from the now defunct Aars dairy in Denmark, along with two packing lines. Parts of the dairy will also be upgraded to improve the production flow and raise capacity from 8,000 to 10,000 tons.
