摘要

It's easy to resolve conflicts among societies that enjoy the same culture but it is quite difficult in multicultural societies where the value of understanding particular issues is different. The world of globalization is creating more complex challenges instead of giving solutions for these conflicts. Values will not be seen as a deriving social force in the coming days which in the past remained as one of the credible factors towards achieving harmony among societies. The world of globalization is introducing strategic objectives in a more diverse way without considering the importance of human life based on cultural values. The psychological state of decision making and extremism in Pakistan is directly connected with our leadership and their diverse cultures. From, religious exploitation to the slogans of 'Pakistan First', we have observed lack of political wisdom and short sightless in our leader's vision.
