摘要

Pakistan, a land on which nature has bestowed all of its available resources that have been transformed for the better under the auspicious leadership of President Musharraf. Unfortunately, mismanagement and controversy has always deprived and haunted the nation of its true position amongst the world community, till now. With the arrival of the present government the reverses have not only been halted, instead gradual progress has been seen although the leadership had to make some very tough choices regarding the war on terror, economic retardation and political instability; it has therefore been successful in improving the image of Pakistan in the eyes of the world.
