摘要

The paper describes the structure of a regular charge-monopole theory and of itsapplication to hadronic systems. It is shown that this theory explains many hadronic effectswhereas QCD fails to explain most of them. Predictions of results of new kinds of experimentsare put forward. The success or the failure of these predictions can be used for testing thevalidity of each of these hadronic theories.
