Cholesterol granuloma (CG) is an uncommon benign lesion caused by an inflammatory reaction to the by-products of hemoglobin degradation. It is particularly common in facial bone and the most typical locations are petrous apex, middle ear, and mastoid [1]. CG of the orbit has rarely been reported [2], [3], [4]. We present a case of orbital CG and review its characteristic image findings.
