Abstract:ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on treatment of hysteromyoma patients complicated with hypertension. Methods A total of 100 hysteromyoma patients complicated with hypertension were randomly divided into study group and control group. The study group was treated with the perioperative nursing intervention, while the control group was treated with the conventional nursing. After nursing intervention, the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure as well as life quality indexes such as action capacity, social function, mental function, physiological function, limb pain and general health were compared between two groups. Results After nursing intervention, the blood pressure in both groups was improved. The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group (P0.01). After nursing intervention, the life quality indexes such as action capacity, social function, mental function, physiological function, limb pain and general health in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion Implementation of perioperative nursing intervention for hysteromyoma patients complicated with hypertension can significantly improve the blood pressure and quality of life.
