Abstract：Objective To explore nursing cooperation of interatrial septum and the interventricular septum closure under minimally invasive non extracorporeal circulation therapy. Methods Preoperative visit was carried out for 5 patients with interatrial septum and the interventricular septum closure under minimally invasive non extracorporeal circulation therapy. And perioperative coordination was carried out including communicating actively with surgical doctors and preparing required items and equipment for operation in advance. Results The surgery was successful without operative dead patients. Conclusion Preoperative visit, item preparation, skilled operative cooperation and necessary emergency measures are the key to make sure the smooth of operation.
