摘要

Abstract：Objective To summarize the nursing management of thrombolytic therapy with intravenous alteplase in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 〓Under the fast-track service of emergency, forty acute cerebral infarction patients received thrombolytic therapy with intravenous alteplase in the time-window. Results 〓There were 38 cases with a good outcome after intravenous thrombolysis, but severe complications were developed in the rest of 2 cases. Conclusion 〓For those acute cerebral infarction patients with thrombolytic therapy with intravenous alteplase, a set of nursing interventions including comprehensive assessment on illness condition, monitoring on vital signs and evaluation on risk of hemorrhage are required, in order to ensure the success of thrombolytic therapy.
