Abstract：Objective To evaluate the pain nursing management in orthopedics trauma ward. Methods A total of 61 orthopaedic trauma patients were included as the observation between July 2015 and December 2015, with pain nursing management. Another 60 orthopaedic trauma patients were selected as the control group between December 2014 and June 2015, with routing care. The degree of pain and satisfaction to nursing service were compared between two groups. Results Patients in the observation group had lower degree of postoperative pain and higher satisfaction rate compared with those of controls (P＜0.05). Conclusion Application of pain nursing management can relieve the postoperative pain and improve the nursing satisfaction in orthopedics trauma patients.
机译：摘要：目的评价骨伤科病房的疼痛护理管理。方法将2015年7月至2015年12月期间共61例骨科外伤患者作为观察对象，并进行疼痛护理管理。在2014年12月至2015年6月之间，另外60例骨科创伤患者被选为对照组，并进行了路线护理。比较两组的疼痛和对护理服务的满意度。结果与对照组相比，观察组患者术后疼痛程度较低，满意度较高（P ＜0.05）。结论应用疼痛护理管理可以减轻骨科创伤患者的术后疼痛，提高护理满意度。
