Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of nutrition management during pregnancy on maternal and infant outcomes in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM). Methods 〓Totally 284 pregnant women with GDM registered and treated in our hospital were divided into the observation group(n=158)and the control group(n=126)according to the principle of individual willingness. The routine health education was adopted in both two groups, and the prenatal nutrition management was carried out in the observation group additionally. The changes of fasting blood glucose(FBG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)before and after the intervention were compared between two groups. The maternal and infant outcomes of two groups were recorded. Results 〓The levels of FBG and HbA1c were decreased in both two groups after intervention, and were better improved in the observation group than those in the control group(P0.05). The incidence of cesarean section, infection and polyhydramnios in the observation group was lower in the observation group than that in the control group, respectively(P0.05). The rate of fetal macrosomia, premature delivery and neonatal hypoglycemia in the observation group was lower than that of the control groups, respectively(P0.05). Conclusion 〓Individualized nutrition management can effectively control the blood sugar of GDM patients by improving their dietary habits, which has a positive effect on reducing risk of maternal and neonatal complications.
机译：摘要：目的探讨妊娠期营养管理对妊娠糖尿病（GDM）孕妇母婴结局的影响。方法〓根据个人意愿，将我院收治的284例GDM孕妇分为观察组（n = 158）和对照组（n = 126）。两组均进行常规健康教育，观察组还进行产前营养管理。比较两组干预前后空腹血糖（FBG）和糖基化血红蛋白（HbA1c）的变化。记录两组的母婴结局。结果〓两组干预后FBG和HbA1c均下降，观察组较对照组明显改善（P <0.05）。观察组剖宫产，感染和羊水过多的发生率分别低于对照组（P <0.05）。观察组的胎儿巨大儿，早产和新生儿低血糖发生率分别低于对照组（P <0.05）。结论〓个性化营养管理可以通过改善饮食习惯，有效控制GDM患者的血糖，对降低母婴并发症的发生有积极作用。
