Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of whole course nursing in children with measles complicated by severe pneumonia.  Methods This study included 93 children with measles complicated by severe pneumonia, randomly divided into the observation group (n=47) and the control group (n=46). The control group was given conventional nursing care and the observation group was applied with whole course nursing intervention. The excellent rate of treatment and degree of satisfaction in parents were compared between two groups. Results The excellent rate of treatment was 89.36%(42/47) in the observation group and was 69.56% in the control group(32/46), with a significant difference (P＜0.05). The parents of observation group achieved a higher nursing satisfaction rate compared with those of the control group (97.87% vs. 73.91%, P＜0.01). Conclusion The whole course nursing can improve the treatment effect in children with measles complicated by severe pneumonia, and improve the nursing satisfaction rate.
机译：摘要：目的探讨小儿麻疹合并重症肺炎全程护理的效果。方法本研究纳入93例麻疹合并严重肺炎患儿，随机分为观察组（n = 47）和对照组（n = 46）。对照组给予常规护理，观察组采用全程护理干预。比较两组的父母优异的治疗率和满意度。结果观察组优良率为89.36％（42/47），对照组为69.56％（32/46），差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。观察组父母的护理满意度高于对照组（97.87％vs. 73.91％，P ＜0.01）。结论全程护理可提高麻疹合并重症肺炎患儿的治疗效果，提高护理满意度。
