Under this background, the author studies the phenomenon of “lazy politics” and its governance under the new normal politics. First of all, the “lazy politics” refers to the corresponding “diligent”, including “omission”, low administrative efficiency, no due diligence, and the performance of the new period in the new “lazy politics” into the enthusiasm is not high, the quality is not high, the efficiency is not high, do not want to face the new environment and new problems and new situations, not as well as to avoid the risk and responsibility for not. And then the reasons of laziness from individual, unit and system level are analyzed. In the end, some feasible suggestions are put forward.
