Abstract Objective: To compare the efficacy of trans-septal suturing technique with conventional nasal packing in septoplasty surgery. Design: Quasi experimental study. Place and duration of study: The study was conducted in the department of ENT-Head & Neck Surgery, Dow University of Health Sciences, and Civil Hospital Karachi, from September 2010 to September 2012. Methods: Patients were randomly divided in two groups. Classic septoplasty was performed in all patients. Post-operative nasal pac.
