摘要

Entrepreneurship education is an important factor for sustainable economic growth by the creation of a critical mass of trained, skilled and knowledgeable workers in Malaysia, in particular the east coast economic regions (ECER). We examine the entrepreneurship training and development programs in East Cost Economic Regions (ECER), Malaysia from the flow of existing literature. In general, this assessment review study has revealed that the entrepreneurship training programs have a significant role in developing and encourage students to become a self dependent entrepreneur and provide them the necessary knowledge and training for using their time and opportunities in the productive Income Generating Activities (IGAs). However, the paper also identifies existing literature gap of entrepreneurship training programs and provide recommendation for future scope of study in the field of Entrepreneurship education in Malaysia
