Objective: To study the effect of danhong injection combined with nadroparin calcium onserum CyS-C, CRP, IL-6, vWF, ET and VEGF in patients with acute coronary syndrome.Methods: A total of 80 patients with acute coronary syndrome in our hospital from July2014 to July 2017 were enrolled in this study. The subjects were divided into the controlgroup (n=40) and the treatment group (n=40) randomly. The control group was treated withxuesaitong injection combined with nadroparin calcium; the treatment group was treatedwith danhong injection combined with nadroparin calcium. The two groups were treated for2 weeks. The serum CyS-C, CRP, IL-6, vWF, ET and VEGF levels of the two groups beforeand after treatment were compared. Results: There were no significantly differences of theserum CyS-C, CRP, IL-6, vWF, ET and VEGF levels of the two groups before treatment. Theserum CyS-C, CRP, IL-6, vWF, ET and VEGF levels of the two groups after treatment weresignificantly lower than before treatment, and that of the treatment group were significantlybetter than that of the control group. Conclusion: Danhong injection combined withnadroparin calcium can significantly reduce the serum CyS-C, CRP, IL-6, vWF, ET and VEGFlevels of patients with acute coronary syndrome, and it was worthy clinical application.
