摘要

These simple but realistic exercises, facilitated by an experienced tutor, encourage everyone to think beyond theory, to think beyond the classroom. Thinking in this way liberates imagination. For example, we can all imagine a bakery and we have experience of bread. A simple business model is a great place to learn and everyone can get more value from the exercise by going into the local town or city and interviewing local bakers to identify aspects of business that they have read about and can now experience a little for themselves.
