Research on integration teaching model of ex-curricular football energy dissipation optional courses

摘要

The author adopts the objects' statements to research on 276 students in Football energy dissipation optional course in the second semester of the school year 2008-2009 in Hebei Polytechnic University. The result shows that students' self- efficacy and their physical behavior are positive correlated, but the corresponding components are not totally consistent, and there are differences in the consistency. No strong support is shown in this study between self-efficiency and physical behavior. Study materials are inadequate to improve the student's self- efficacy's influence on physical behavior. Four possible reasons are as follows: 1. the complexity in the process of teaching Football courses; 2. intrinsic problems in students' self- efficacy; 3. problems in measure tool's quality; 4. the gap between theories and practices. Aiming at students with comparatively low self-efficacy, a systematic teaching plan should be designed to improve their cognition of Football skills, and then realize the connection with the society.
