These days, more engineers (and their employers) are seeing the need for a continuing programme of development of their management skills, as they assume increasing management responsibilities in their organisations. Here, the authors describe the IEE's Distance Learning Programme which has been tailored to respond to this need by providing a wide range of relevant and up-to-date learning material.
