It`s hard to imagine a test plan for collision avoidancetechnology that doesnt run the risk of a collisionoccurring. With a combination of expensive test andtarget vehicles, the costs for the development andtesting of autonomous vehicles and Advanced DriverAssist Systems (ADAS) would rise to unacceptable levels.
